taking a spin on the road!
ahneyong saeyo. kiwana boy had a blast yesterday and today . ah yes , first and foremost.
happy birthday LEE XIN YI!!haha yes, i must make it point to wish my friends' happy birthday whenever i could.. especially those close to heart! haha, so, let me summarise my activities yesterday:squash>badminton>a lil'gym>chicken rice>herbal tea>small chat>a game of DOTA by myself>dinner at a restaurant with peeps>went shopping at TESCO>hanged out at my buddy's house>chat chat ,rap rap , sang 'KEEP YOUR HANDS OFF MY GIRL" and LAUGHED like there's no tomorrow.
boy, do i really miss laughing with my old buddies ..nothing beats this.. hehe.. we just laughed after every word we spoke. laughed so much till i started coughing like there's no tomorrow.. haha but doing all those activities without a nap did cause me fatigue .. serious one.. ahaha.. when my friend sent me home.. i couldn't utter a word.. both of us were so exhausted lah. haha.. see the FUN we can achieve without BEER>. this is what i like to call .. a HEALTHY 'HIGH'.
yup that was yesterday , this morning .. i drove my mum to my new house.. oh yah , my mum bought a new house and it''s currently under serious renovation. my mum is such a DEVOTEE.. when it comes to the new house.. everyday she would travel there .. to see whether the contractor and his crew are doing a good job.after that .. i drove around my garden /neighbourhood by myself. MY FIRST REAL DRIVE.. no guidance.. just pure instincts and co-ordination of my hands and feet . then after a few rounds round my area.. i went out to the main road. the road which my dad took me thru the other day .. whoa.. i was SO enthusiatic about itlah.. well, although i was slow .. haha i managed to speed to 70km/h on the road.. haha.. i even challenged myself to ACCELERATE when there was a chance to.. haha.. driving is slowly becoming a part of me. haha.. one thing i learnt from driving is to really be ATTENTIVE and be able to 'multi-task' on the road.
things to be aware while driving simultaneously:
a) look at your side mirror when you wanna switch lane
b)look at your rear mirror to see any fast car approaching at your lane, if there is , we must yield and move aside
c) don't day dream
d) must take note of all the 'loose' motorcyclists who can just shoot pass you or come out of nowhere from any junctions.
yup. driving is one thing, being cautious is another thing. do you feel me ? haha. those taking driving lessons.. enjoy it lah yah!
this evening , i might be going out to have a game of tennis and squash . hopefully ba. waiting for another great plan to come up. i've been to JUSCO a few times and had my eyes on some t-shirts.i believe it's time to invest in some good t-shirts. i've been repeating the same old t-shirts i have right now when i go out with my friends.. but we aren't that particular lah. most important .. we don't smell and we have a good time .
